My Summer Secret: Radiant Skin, Way Less Makeup
I've been waiting for weeks for this order to arrive and I am so excited to finally share this 3-in-1 Secret to perfect sunkissed skin.
I've always loved finding the right product and sharing it with the people around me. It goes back to my hairdressing days. I would offer my time to bring my clients to Sephora or Ulta to pick out makeup and skincare, because they felt so overwhelmed by all the choices. They always left so grateful, and that made me so happy. That love of sharing what I actually use and love is basically how I ended up with this boutique but that is a story for another day. When I find something worth talking about, I want you to know. I've already put in the time researching ingredients, comparing products, and reading reviews and I'm happy to pass that on to you.
Here's the thing about me and makeup: in the summer, I wear less of it. My tan already gives me that lit-from-within glow, so I don't feel like I need to cover much. Winter's a different story living here on the East Coast, that glow fades fast, and I find myself reaching for more coverage again. What I love about the Studio One SPF 50 3-in-1 Bronzing Drops is that they move with me through both. Mixed into moisturizer, they give me a sheer summer glow. Mixed into foundation or tinted moisturizer, they build right up when I want more coverage.
But the best part is the benefits working underneath: niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, collagen peptides. So it's not just makeup itt's giving you real results you can actually see, on top of the glow and the SPF 50.
How I Use It
I never cleanse in the morning a rinse with water in the shower is enough. From there I go straight into skincare: first my Bellame Hyaluronic Acid Booster, then my Bellame Hydrating Moisturizer, letting each fully absorb before the next. Once the moisturizer has dried down, I add 1–2 drops of the Bronzing Drops ( make sure to shake the bronzing drops well before applying ) into a pea-size amount of moisturizer, mix it in my hand, and apply it to my face. That's it you'll get an instant glow. From there you can continue with the rest of your makeup application, blush, etc or not.
If you want an even simpler routine, you don't have to mix it with anything at all just shake the bottle well and apply it right from the bottle onto your skin with your hands, the same way you'd use any other product.
One thing worth knowing, whether you're mixing it into moisturizer, foundation, or sunblock: combining the Bronzing Drops with anything else dilutes it, so you're not getting the full SPF 50 once it's mixed in. That's totally fine with me on a normal day. But when I'm outside for real hours in the sun, I make sure to apply my Bellame sunblock at full strength underneath, or reapply more often, instead of counting on a diluted mix alone.
For Fuller Coverage Days
When I want more coverage usually in the winter, or honestly any day I just need it I mix the drops into my foundation or tinted moisturizer instead. Same glow underneath, just built up with whatever coverage I'm already reaching for that day.
The Trick I Share With Everyone: Mixing It With My Bellame Sunblock
On beach days, or any day I know I'll be outside for hours, I mix the Bronzing Drops into my Bellame sunblock instead. Same sheer, natural glow, with the extra protection I actually want for a full day in the sun.
Why I Keep Coming Back to This One
The best part for me is that I actually see the benefits in my skin even after I wash it off it's not just about how it looks that day, it's real skin care. Sheer for summer, built up for winter, boosted with sunblock when I'm really out in it it works for whatever I need that day. Out of everything I've tried, this is the one I keep reaching for and I can't wait for you to try it too!
Don't Forget Your Lips
Sunburned lips are honestly the worst, which is why I make sure to wear the Chardonnay Lip Oil SPF 30 too. Only downside: the taste is good and bad at the same time, that little hint of sunscreen. My trick take the wand and dab a tiny bit onto your bottom lip, closer to your chin and away from the opening of your mouth, then rub your lips together. They stay hydrated with hyaluronic acid, and the SPF keeps them from burning.
If you're someone who loves finding products that actually work, come find it in store or at kindredandcrew.com. I did the time so you don't have to.
