Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Simsbury store: 926 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070. Pickup orders are typically ready the same business day or the next business day. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing time is separate from transit/delivery time.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) — $7.95 flat rate via USPS
• Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more

Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Shipping & handling charges are calculated per shipping address.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, and incorrect addresses may result in a reship fee.
