Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. We only offer store credit or exchange. No cash refunds, no exceptions. We're a small shop and this is what keeps us going, and honestly, you'll find something else you love.

Everything needs to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags still on. We personally check every return. If it arrives worn or damaged, we can't accept it, and we'll email you to let you know. From there you can have it shipped back to you at your cost. If we don't hear from you within 30 days, we'll donate it.

Sale and clearance items are final sale. No exceptions there either.

To start a return, use our return portal within 14 days: https://kindredandcrew.com/tools/returns/start. Please don't email us about returns — the portal keeps everything in one place and gets you sorted faster. Return shipping is on you, so use something with tracking.

Once your return arrives and passes our check (usually within 3 business days), we'll email your store credit.
