Returns & Exchanges

Any Refunds will be in the form of a Store Credit ONLY. 

Online Orders

• Refund shipping charges will be deducted from your (refund) total.

• A packing slip for each item that is returned needs to be included with the  returned items

• Refunds will need to be approved by us and processed through our "returns portal" before accepting your return. If you send back an item without our approval we will not be responsible for refunding you for the item nor are we responsible for the shipping costs.

U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Kindred & Crew gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased online. We accept returns for deliveries that shipped to a U.S. address for a Store Credit only or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of a Store Credit . Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

 • Refund shipping fees will be deducted from your total.

 • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a

Kindred & Crew E-gift Card.
