All of our on-tap products are part of our White Label Program. The bottles provided will have no label upon fulfillment. Please contact us if you are interested in private labels for the bottles and we can discuss custom label options. White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a soft and delicate flavor. White balsamic is considered a condiment that is not only versatile but preferred by some chefs because it won't discolor food. Aged like traditional balsamic, it is then filtered or "decolorized" before bottling.
