A Spring Seed Bomb Workshop- May 28th
Seed bombs have such a beautiful story behind them. They were popularized through guerrilla gardening movements in cities like New York, where people would quietly toss them into empty or forgotten spaces to bring life back no tools, no permission, just a simple act of hope.
Each one is made with a blend of seeds wrapped in natural clay, protecting them until the rain gently breaks them down and allows them to grow. There’s nothing to plant or figure out just place them on soil or toss them into a sunny spot and let nature take over. You may see blooms this summer, with even more returning next year.
We’d love to invite you to join us in-store for a relaxed, hands-on evening creating your own seed bombs to take home. We’ll have everything ready for you just come, unwind, enjoy wine, and settle into the experience.
As a small way to give back, we’ll be setting aside $5 from each attendee to support the Simsbury Land Trust, an organization dedicated to preserving open space, protecting natural habitats, and maintaining the beauty of our local landscape.
Spots are limited to 12 guests.
